Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free however some countries require duties from customer, if your country falls under DDC, you will have to pay for duties because it does not permit us to pay the duty fee.

Estimated delivery times (after the 7-day processing window):

Domestic Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Domestic Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Domestic: All regions within Italy
International: Selected countries. (See available destinations at checkout.)

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees.

The custom duties may be the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

AISSA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional help is needed, you can reach us at aissaitalia@mail.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
